Small Part Production

AO Precision’s CNC equipment can turn parts as small as .060 ± .0002 in diameter and can mill parts as small as .250” x .250” ± .0002.

Large Part Production

AO Precision has the ability to turn parts up to 12.000” ± .0005” in diameter. We can mill parts up to 31.400” x 39.300” while holding a tolerance of ± .0005”.

Coating & Finishing

AO Precision Manufacturing’s in-house finishing department provides MIL-SPEC hard coat anodizing, manganese phosphate coating and dry film lubrication.
