AO Precision Manufacturing LLC was started in 1982 in Daytona Beach, Florida.  We are a leading provider of firearms, parts and components of the M-16 for our warfighters, and we also manufacture for gun builders in the commercial markets.  We have the capabilities to build the military standard 5.56 brass and the associated bullet up to the much larger 50 caliber rounds.

AO Precision works with some of the world's leading aerospace and defense companies including General Dynamics and ATK.  Our aerospace machine shop is outfitted with precision equipment for aluminum and stainless steel machining as well as working with many other specialty materials.

AO Precision has a reputation for producing high quality precision turned parts from micro miniature size up to 1.250 inches in diameter from materials including various steels, aluminum, and exotics in both ANSI and Metric configurations.

We ensure precision production right from the start by designing and producing our own special tooling, fixtures and gauges in-house.  This gives AO Precision Manufacturing a substantial edge when meeting tight production deadlines with equally tight cost requirements.  Our CNC machining centers, lathes and grinders have produced an impressive array of items machined from a wide range of carbon and stainless steels, aluminum, titanium, plus many of the "super-alloys".  In addition, we maintain in-house resources for stamping, welding, and broaching as well as machining many plastics and phenolic resin compounds.  Small or large in size; simple or complex in design; short run or large quantities; if precision, delivery, and cost are all-critical, then AO Precision Manufacturing is your source.
